The Capital Exists. Access Doesn't.

1 in 3 women worldwide has experienced physical and/or sexual violence in her lifetime — around 840 million women and girls. In Italy, 6.4 million. In Brazil, 3.7 million in 2025 alone. Behind these numbers are millions of women whose experiences remain invisible or underreported. WIP was created to connect them.

THE CAPITAL EXISTS. ACCESS DOESN'T.
Around the world, millions of women face vulnerability and gender-based violence. Yet the support they need is often fragmented, hard to find and difficult to access. Knowledge, experience, networks and financial resources already exist. But every woman has different needs, and access to the right support is not always clear. WIP creates a clear path to the Intellectual and Financial Capital each woman needs, providing access to the right knowledge, guidance, opportunities and financial support to build greater economic independence.

WE DON'T REPLACE. WE CONNECT AND STRENGTHEN.
What makes WIP different is that we don't replace the organisations already doing this work. We connect and strengthen what already exists. We bring together women, expert guidance, partner organisations, companies, sponsors and donors into one ecosystem where each contributor plays a meaningful role.

Companies: Become WIP sponsors and support the WIP Piggy Bank.
Experts: Share your knowledge and experience through one-to-one short mentoring sessions.
Organisations: Partner with WIP to connect the women you already support with additional expert guidance, opportunities and financial support.

Partner organisations are a key part of the WIP ecosystem, connecting us with the women they already support. We work alongside them, providing additional expert guidance, opportunities and financial support that complement their existing work. Together, we create a stronger safety net for the women who need it most.

PRIVACY AND ANONYMITY BY DESIGN.
Women enter WIP through trusted partner organisations and are assigned a unique ID. Their identity is not shared with the wider WIP community. This allows women to access expert guidance, opportunities and financial support while keeping their personal identity protected. Trust first. Access with confidence.
