1 in 3 women worldwide has experienced physical and/or sexual violence in her lifetime — around 840 million women and girls. In Italy, 6.4 million. In Brazil, 3.7 million in 2025 alone. Behind these numbers are millions of women whose experiences remain invisible or underreported. WIP was created to connect them.

Around the world, millions of women face vulnerability and gender-based violence, not because of a lack of determination, but because the path to autonomy requires access: to knowledge, mentorship, professional networks and financial resources. WIP exists to close this gap by building the bridge between women in need and the capital that can empower them.

TWO FORMS OF CAPITAL. ONE CONNECTED ECOSYSTEM.
Most initiatives offer either temporary financial relief or training without capital. WIP brings both together. We connect women with Intellectual Capital (education, 1-on-1 mentorship, professional networks) and Financial Capital (direct micro-grants, emergency seed funds, sponsorships) to build genuine, sustainable economic autonomy.

Safety is our paramount priority. Every woman entering the WIP programme through a partner organization or shelter is registered completely anonymously. Each woman receives a secure, unique alphanumeric ID generated by WIP and mapped only by the referring organization. No identifying personal data is stored publicly or shared with third parties.
